The governments of Brazil and Israel has signed a cooperation agreement on industrial research and development in the private sector, which purpose is to carry out joint research and development projects between companies located in both countries. The agreement includes meetings between representatives of the two countries to evaluate cooperation opportunities. Israeli companies have worldwide reputation in many areas of expertise, particularly in those related to agricultural technology, nanotechnology, biotechnology and telecommunications.
