Brazilian SEC – SPC (Special Purpose Company) in publicy-held joint sock companies bookeeping


The Brazilian Security Exchange Commission (CVM) enacted a new rule establishing that the accounting statements of publicly-held joint stock companies must include, besides its controlled companies, individually or in set, the special purpose companies – SPC, when the relationship between both indicates that the SPC is controlled by the other.
