The Brazilian Central Bank’s Monetary Council has issued a resolution which determines that the hiring or maintenance of audit firms by entities and service renderers are conditioned to the professional license of the director, manager, supervisor or any other personnel with managerial positions of the renderer’s staff and shall be periodically renewed every five year term.
