By means of Decree 44,695/2007, the state of Minas Gerais created a special payment schedule for state value-added tax (ICMS) debts due by December 31, 2007. The payment schedule provides interest and penalty discounts and payment in installments of consolidated ICMS debt. Application can be filed by February 2008.
