Resolution No. 3,455/07, of Brazil’s National Monetary Council (Conselho Monetário Nacional), extended the situations where unregistered foreign capital may be subject to Central Bank registration. In addition to direct investments, now unregistered loans may be also registered. The deadline is June 30.
