Stefania Mariotti Masetti
With over 20 years of experience, Stefania has built a solid and recognized career by managing complex cases and delivering significant results for clients. Before joining Azevedo Sette, she worked at renowned law firms and became part of our São Paulo team in 2016, with the merger of BKBG.
Stefania holds a Law degree from PUC-SP and a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the same institution. Throughout her career, she has consolidated a generalist practice, with expertise in Civil Law, Consumer Law, Contracts, Intellectual Property, and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Law.
Svetlana Maria de Miranda
With over 25 years of experience, Svetlana is a leading expert in advisory services in Environmental Law, she works on highly complex and strategically relevant projects. Before joining Azevedo Sette, she was a senior lawyer and coordinator in corporate law firms, accumulating extensive experience in handling large-scale environmental litigation.
Holding a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management, Legislation, and Regulation from Ecobusiness School, she combines a solid academic background with professional practice. She also distinguished herself in academic and institutional settings, working as an instructor in courses offered by institutions such as IBC, IIR, and IETEC, as well as in-company programs. She was a columnist for the magazine Novo Ambiente: Infraestrutura com equilíbrio and the author of several articles.
Her institutional activities include two terms as president of the Environment and Sustainability Committee of AMCHAM Brazil, participation in the Energy Law Commission of the OAB/MG (Brazilian Bar Association of Minas Gerais), and she is currently a member of UBAA (Brazilian Union of Environmental Advocacy). Svetlana is featured in the international guides Chambers Latin America and The Legal 500, and is also listed by Análise Advocacia as one of the most admired lawyers in her field.
As a partner, she leads strategic projects involving environmental licensing and regularization of large-scale projects, M&A advisory services, circular economy, contaminated site management, negotiation of TACs, and prevention of environmental litigation, contributing to the strengthening of the firms environmental practice.
